Burnaby's Got Talent 2015

Thank you so much to everyone's support throughout the last few months! I had a blast at Burnaby's Got Talent and I congratulate to Alex Montinola, an amazing spoken word poet from Moscrop, for the win!

For BGT, my act included myself playing piano, playing violin, and doing Latin dance (samba & cha-cha). The performance was pretty nerve-wrecking because I played wrong notes on the piano and I dropped my bow when I played my violin.

L O L. 

That was a very very very scary moment, but it has led me to realize how much more practice I would need to perfect my performances with my instruments. My dad recorded my act but I was not able to watch it at ease...

Nonetheless, it was a good performance, and it could be even better as I continue to polish my skills as a violinist & a pianist!

Thank you to DSAC for organizing this great event! Another thank you goes out to my friends and my dance team, for staying all the way until the end... My dance team was originally going to perform together with me for the second piece but, because I didn't get into TOP 4, we weren't able to go with the original plan... I feel really bad that many of their parents and friends came and they couldn't see us perform :((( 

WE WILL BURN THE ROOF DOWN AT THE DANCE SHOW WITH OUR AWESOME DANCING NEVERTHELESS!!!

No seriously though... <333333 I love my friends... Words could not describe my appreciation for their support tonight... I hope everyone had fun watching all the talented acts, and maybe felt a little bit inspired too wink emoticon
